2i Portage is a major player in French employee portage, specialized in IT, transition management and real estate. As a client of Dev-id, the mission was clear: rethink their web portals from the ground up.

2i Portage needed to modernize their web portals to simplify daily life for their consultants, automate key processes such as activity reporting, expense management and payroll tracking, and centralize everything under a multi-brand architecture supporting two distinct structures: 2i Portage and Immoportage.
My role
I joined the project from the scoping workshops, working alongside the business and technical teams to understand the needs, constraints and specificities of each structure. That upstream work directly shaped my design decisions.
From there, I designed all the screens of the solution: dashboard, contract management, activity declarations, payroll tracking. I built a multi-brand design system to allow the portal to adapt across both structures. One shared foundation, coherent variations.
I also produced interactive prototypes for user testing phases, validating key user journeys before development started.
The result
The development is currently underway. The first design phase was received with strong satisfaction from the client, both on the clarity of the interfaces and the quality of the design system delivered fot the development phase.
